Ruth – Front Office Patient Coordinator Manager
With over 24 years of experience in the dental field, Ruth is the heart of our front office and a key part of ensuring every patient feels welcome, cared for, and heard. Born and raised in San Jose, she began her dental journey at San Jose City College in 2001, where she earned her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential. Ruth’s unique ability to seamlessly support both the front and back office makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Whether she’s coordinating appointments, answering questions, or jumping in to assist chairside, Ruth is committed to making sure every patient leaves our office feeling confident and satisfied with their care. Her warmth, efficiency, and dedication reflect her deep passion for helping others.
Outside of work, Ruth enjoys cooking and spending quality time on adventures with her family. Her friendly smile and genuine care make a lasting impression on everyone who walks through our doors.
Charles – Registered Dental Hygienist
Charles brings over 3 decades of experience and a calm, caring demeanor to every patient visit. Known for his gentle touch and attention to detail, he’s passionate about helping patients improve their oral health through education, prevention, and personalized care. Charles graduated from Cabrillo College’s Dental Hygiene program and has been an integral part of the dental community ever since.
Raised in the Bay Area, Charles is dedicated to making dental visits comfortable and informative. He takes time to get to know his patients and ensures they leave with a brighter smile and the tools to maintain it for life.
When he’s not in the office, Charles enjoys hiking, photography, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. His friendly attitude and dedication to excellence make him a favorite among patients and staff alike.
Chantel – Dental Assistant
Chantel was born in Winnemucca, Nevada, and has proudly called the Bay Area home for the past 19 years. As a bilingual team member, she enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and helping them feel comfortable throughout their dental visits.
One of her favorite parts of the job is building lasting relationships with our current patients while also welcoming and getting to know new ones. She truly enjoys helping people feel at ease and making every visit a positive experience.
Outside of the office, she loves baking, spending quality time with her children, exploring nature, going on walks, and taking road trips throughout beautiful California.
